Minutes
November 10, 2021 meeting
Meeting was called to order at 5:50 p.m. at the Moose Lodge, 3462 Loveland Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL.
Attendance: Matt Cankar, Corina Metz, John Paff and one member of the public.
Reports of officers:
Chair Matt Cankar had no report.
Vice Chair Corina Metz had no report.
Secretary/Treasurer John Paff inquired about whether the Executive Committee should have a bank
account. Cankar said that he would check with some banks.
The Minutes of the August 12, 2021 meeting were read and approved by unanimous consent.
Regional Representative Report:
Region 12 Representative John Paff reported that the LPF Convention will be held on February 25-27,
2022 in Melbourne. He also reported that he will keep the officers apprised of LPF Executive
Committee meeting agendas.
Unfinished Business:
None.
New Business:
The next business meetings will be held on February 9, 2022 at 5:45 p.m., May 11, 2022 at 5:45
p.m. and the annual business meeting will be held on August 19, 2022 at 7:00. Social meetings will
typically be held on the 2
nd Wednesday and 4
th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Paff said that he’d check city and county ordinances regarding tabling events in public spaces.
